Le mie sedie

Oggi voglio mostrarvi uno dei miei tanti lavori, delle sedie che dovevo utilizzare per la mia sala da pranzo e che naturalmente ho fatto diventare "sedie shabby".

In un mercatino ho acquistato queste sedie....

Today I want to show you one of my many jobs, I had to use the chairs for my dining room and of course I did become "shabby chairs."
In a flea market I bought these chairs ....

Certo, tappezzeria a parte, non erano male neanche color noce ma a me servivano per un ambiente praticamente total white...e allora....

Senza neanche carteggiare (visto che ho utilizzato una vernice adatta alla tecnica shabby) ho passato due mani di smalto bianco, atteso l'asciugatura e carteggiato delicatamente insistendo sulle modanature.

A fine lavoro ho passato una mano di vernice trasparente protettiva...

Of course, upholstery apart, they were not bad either walnut color but I needed a room for virtually all white ... and then ....

Without even sand (since I used a paint suitable for technical shabby) I spent two coats of white enamel, since the drying and sanded gently insisting on the moldings.

At the end of work I spent a coat of clear protective ...

Senza ricorrere al tappezziere ho deciso di fare da me il rivestimento della seduta, ma tutte le stoffe che ho visto mi sembravano banali, volevo qualcosa di particolare..e allora ho deciso di stamparmela io!!

Ho scaricato delle immagini e le ho stampate a specchio, con la trielina, come mi hanno insegnato alle elementari ho trasferito le immagini su una stoffa simil juta

Without resorting to the upholsterer I decided to make the seat upholstery from me, but all the stuffs that I saw seemed trivial, I wanted something special .. and then I decided I stamparmela!

I downloaded the images and printed them in the mirror, with Trichloroethylene, as I was taught in elementary school I transferred the images on a fabric like jute

poi ho applicato la stoffa alla seduta...le prime sedie non sono venute proprio perfette...per questo ho dovuto rimediare agli errori applicando anche una passamaneria....volete vedere il risultato??

I then applied the fabric to the seat ... the first chairs did not come out quite perfect ... that's why I had to correct the errors also applying a trimming .... you want to see the result?
